Etched Glass Signages

Etched glass signages turn ordinary glazing into branding with depth and restraint. By frosting the glass surface through stencils or lasers, artwork sinks into the material itself rather than sitting on top of it, so logos and lettering cannot peel, fade or scratch away. We offer two etching disciplines. Chemical etching uses acid pastes through precision-cut stencils to produce the classic satin frost, soft to the eye and identical on every unit of a multi-panel order. Laser etching sweeps the surface with focused light, capable of variable depths, photographs of grey tones and micro-fine details like signatures and QR codes. Both techniques can be combined with gold and silver leaf inlay that floods the etched recesses with metallic shimmer, or with clear-strip bands that keep sightlines open at eye level while frosting the rest.

Installation is where etched projects are won or lost. We temper or laminate the glass after etching for safety, polish every exposed edge, and fit panels with patch fittings, standoffs or full-frame systems as the design demands. Because the artwork is in the glass, cleaning needs nothing beyond a cloth and standard glass spray, and the sign will look identical in twenty years.

Every etched job starts with a full-scale artwork proof on translucent film so you can approve the exact frost density on site. Fabrication including toughening runs seven to fourteen days, and each panel carries a five year warranty covering etching quality and edge polish.
